Investigation sources revealed on the 25th that four handguns and over 80 live rounds were found inside a wagon driven by a 51-year-old Vietnamese national who had been arrested by the Kanagawa Prefectural Police for violating the Stimulants Control Act. The police rearrested the man on the 23rd on charges of violating the Swords and Firearms Control Act (aggravated possession) and the Explosives Control Act, and are currently conducting a detailed investigation into how he acquired the weapons and the purpose of his possession.
