Kitakyushu is a place where multiple Love Live! voice actresses visit every single month lol

Honestly, I’m so jealous.

YATTEKURU

Crying in Kagoshima as I drive 500km round trip every month.

Kanto is in a league of its own, obviously, but depending on which cast members you’re aiming for, this place is actually better than Kansai. They don’t really come here much if they aren’t doing solo work.

They even have ShioShizu.

And the content is actually entertaining, too.

I haven’t gone yet, but I really want to go at least once. The reputation seems really good.

Aruaru City is the mecca for voice actor events in Kyushu. Fukuoka doesn’t have a place like this.

Even without the voice actor events, I wish I had a place like Aruaru City nearby.

Where are they getting the money for this?

It’s insane that they can even book Natsuyoshi these days.

Aruaru City and Science Hall are basically the holy lands for voice actor events.

Is this why there’s such a weirdly high ratio of fans from Kyushu and Yamaguchi at the concerts I’ve been to?

Kitakyushu is the hometown of the great Matsumoto Leiji, so they’ve been putting effort into manga, and that’s spilled over into anime stuff. Aruaru City and the surrounding area are really pushing hard. Not sure how they manage to book so many guests, though.

It’s definitely worth traveling for YATTEKURU if your fave is appearing. I had a blast hitting the Kitakyushu show after the Ren 4th in Ishikawa last year and the 6th this year.

I live in Kanto, so I skipped my fave’s show, but hearing that it was fun makes me regret it.

More than I thought.

For Liella!, the ones who haven’t come yet are Pay, Yabukuma, and Yuina? It’s amazing that over half have visited.

I went to the one with Kubo, but it was just comedy, so it was kinda meh since I don’t really get that humor. I wish they’d do a live performance.

Do they have a genius event planner or something?

They have a lot of audience-participation segments, so you can really feel their drive to make an event that’s fun for everyone, not just those who bought participation tickets.

They don’t have outside writers, it’s just the staff thinking hard about how everyone can have fun, which is amazing. Mayuchi was even praising them saying she wants to do that when she puts on events. Plus, it seems like they get sent home with so many souvenirs that you need a huge suitcase, which probably boosts the cast’s motivation too.

I was at the 2nd part, so this is second-hand, but they mentioned they grilled meat for the 1st part of Konachi’s event.

Considering they do a full two-hour event for a relatively cheap 6,000-7,000 yen, I wonder if they get a discount on the venue fee or something.
