Man arrested in Matsuzaki, Shizuoka, for allegedly exposing his genitals inside a car at a supermarket parking lot after a woman reported, “There’s a man with his privates out.” (Shizuoka Asahi Television)
A 36-year-old self-proclaimed part-time worker from Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, has been arrested for exposing his genitals inside a car.
The man is suspected of public indecency, allegedly exposing himself inside his car at a supermarket parking lot in Matsuzaki Town, Shizuoka Prefecture, around 6:30 PM on June 22nd.
A woman passing by witnessed the act and reported it to the police, stating, “There was a man with his privates exposed.” Police rushed to the scene and arrested the man on the spot for public indecency.
