0570 Navi-Dial numbers are paid calls with a flat rate nationwide. From landlines, it’s 9.35 yen per 3 minutes, but from mobile phones, it’s 11 yen per 20 seconds (equivalent to 33 yen per minute). They are not covered by mobile “all-you-can-call” plans, and you get charged even for the wait time until you reach an operator.
